- Services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staff illness).
- You will be notified of any changes in advance.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are quoted based on the scope of work and location.
- All fees are clearly communicated before the service begins.
- Customers are required to pay **50% of the service fee in advance** when booking an appointment
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and other approved methods.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or failure to provide access to the property may result in full charge.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe access to the property and that all necessary instructions are provided.
- Pets must be secured, and valuables should be removed or stored safely.
- For car detailing, ensure the vehicle is parked in a suitable and legal location.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you’re not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a revisit or a resolution, depending on the issue.
7. Liability
- Omni Task is fully insured, and we take every precaution during service delivery.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not reported before service.
- We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather).
